Experience the mind/body connection with this exciting training program. Spinning is done in our separate soundproof, air-conditioned room with twenty two Star Trac NXT Spin Bikes and high tech stereo.
A certified instructor is on the scene for visualization and motivation at every class.
Newcomers and all levels welcome.
