The YMCA is a volunteer not for profit, charitable organization. It is operated by a volunteer Board of Governors who, guided by a constitution, decides policies and supervises the staff of professionals. The YMCA is a membership organization. You are a member, not a customer. As a member, you are a part of the "LHFYMCA" family locally and the "YMCA" movement globally.
The YMCA is open to all, regardless of age, race, sex, religion or residency. It is accessible to and offers reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities. Financial aid is available to those residing in our service area who qualify.

Lakeland Hills Family YMCA has been in continuous operation as a not-for-profit association at 100 Fanny Road since 1972, catering to more than 12,000 families in the communities of Boonton, Boonton Township, Butler, Denville, Kinnelon, Lincoln Park, Montville, Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, and Pequannock. But everyone is always welcome...from any town and any place! We are Morris County's favorite fitness, wellness, and recreational facility.
