Want more than a Group Fitness class? Why not try our one-on-one training with a certified personal trainer? A trainer can motivate you, teach you new techniques, and help you achieve your fitness goals. Prior Fitness Evaluation required. By appointment only.

  • Half hour session - $30
  • One-hour session - $55
  • 5 one-hour sessions - $250
  • 10 one-hour sessions - $475
  • Partner training - traditional semi private one-hour session - $80 (limited to 2 people - Bring Your Own Partner)
  • In addition to traditional Partner Training, we also offer these new and innovative options:

    • Pilates
    • Boot Camp
    • Kettle Bell
  • *Jump Start Package: One fitness evaluation plus 2 one-hour sessions - $135
  • *Jump Start Personal Training plus Nutrition Package: one fitness evaluation, 2 one-hour personal training sessions, two nutrition counseling sessions - $360
  • *Start Up Package: One fitness evaluation plus 3 half-hour sessions - $125

JUMP START PROGRAM

If your goal is to look and feel great, this program is for you. Find out your current fitness level so you know where to begin.You’ll work out with a personal trainer and receive an individualized program.

FITNESS EVALUATION

Daily Featured Trainer

Dorothy Lovenguth

Dorothy is a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds a lifestyle and weight loss management certification and a pre- & post-natal specialization with ACE. She received her group fitness certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Dorothy believes that living a healthy lifestyle is not just a goal but also a lifelong journey. She enjoys providing the motivation and guidance to help guide her clients along their paths to fitness and health. When she is not training clients, Dorothy enjoys many outdoor activities such as running, cycling, skiing, and tennis. She is also an elementary school teacher who will be working towards her masters in education.
