Cardiac Care Maintenance Program
Designed to help heart patients maintain the best possible cardiovascular health following a heart attack or other cardiac procedures, this program is overseen by Jayne Blum, RN, BCLS, ACLS, a cardiac rehabilitation nurse. Y membership and a signed clearance form from your doctor or rehab center is required before starting your maintenance program. Register in person only.

CARDIO
CARDIO-SCULPT / STEP
This class is a great mix of cardio, step and weight training. It's the perfect "express" workout. Join us for a jumpstart to your day. All levels welcome!
Crossline Express
This is two classes in one – so take one or both! Consists of 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength conditioning. Routine changes each week so you’ll be surprised in a good way!
TRIPLE THREAT (formerly Med-Ball Mania)
Challenge you strength, power, and cardio endurance to a total body blast using a medicine ball, gliders, ropeless jump rope, as well as other “toys.”
KICKBOXING
A dynamic cardiovascular workout that utilizes boxing and martial arts style training techniques to improve strength, agility and endurance. This class is a definite cross-trainer to add to your workout. Class is adaptable to all levels.

(Stands for Resistance, Interval,
Power,Plyometrics,Endurance,
Diet).This is a high energy group
workout that combines an easy,
yet effective cardio routine
interlaced with weights and
resistance – all to music! It’s fun,
for all fitness levels, and will
produce the results you are

SENIOR FITNESS
This low-impact cardio workout is designed with the older adult in mind.You will start out with a warmup and stretch, an easy to follow 20 minute cardio routine, muscle strengthening, and end with cool down/relaxation.
SPINNING
Jump-start your cardio routine with a workout that invites without intimidating. Emphasis is on proper cycling technique while you control the intensity of this world class workout. Arrive 30 minutes before class to pick up your reservation ticket. Doors are opened by Spinning Coach 15 minutes before class so you can set up your bike for a proper fit and safe ride.A towel and water bottle are mandatory for class participation. Please pick up a current Spinning schedule.
Willpower & Grace
This program (on bare feet throughout the entire class) begins with a dance/yoga warm-up of stretches and strength building postures. Then it moves to a cardio boot camp style workout based on squats and lunges, with balance poses that incorporate arm movements for added intensity. Class ends with slow stretches as a cool down.
CIRCUIT CHALLENGES
Boot Camp Challenge
If you workout downstairs or you’re a group fitness fiend you won’t want to miss this class. It will be a fun, dynamic and intense circuit workout that incorporates cardio sprints, whole body toning, strength, power, balance and core conditioning.

H-I-I-T (High Intensity Interval Training)
This cutting edge workout burns more fat in less time as it improves endurance and builds strength. The “Tabata” protocol will be utilized (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest).
Dance
Zumba
This is an aerobic workout with pulsating Latin music that has an unbelievable affect on everyone who tries it! Incorporates footwork and body movements from flamenco, salsa, meringue and other dances. Come join the FUN and get ZUMBA-FIED! No experience necessary.
DANCE FITNESS
Get a complete cardiovascular workout with this class as you get the benefits of jogging with the fun of dancing. Creatively choreographed for the non-dancer, yet challenging enough for experienced students.The great music almost makes you forget you’re working out!
Mind-Body-Spirit
POWER YOGA
This fast paced yoga class is designed to focus more on strength, breathing and flow. You will be guided through a routine of postures (asanas) that are designed to make the body more fit and supple while at the same time allowing the mind to relax and rejuvenate.This class is for in-shape people
of all yoga experiences - beginners to experts.
SPORT YOGA
This class incorporates traditional sports stretching, some Pilates mat exercises, and martial arts warm-ups. While Sport Yoga is 70% Hatha style, it focuses more on structure and balance. Beginners welcome!
TAI CHI
This is an ancient Chinese exercise consisting of a series of slow, graceful movements. Emphasis is on relaxed posture and balance. These exercises will improve health, circulation, and balance while increasing flexibility. Recommended for everyone regardless of age and physical condition.
VINYASA YOGA
A dynamic type of yoga with flowing movements connecting yoga postures into one fluid seamless exercise. It is energetic, with emphasis on breath-controlled yoga movements. Level II - Practicing for six
months to one year consistently
and comfortable with Sun
Salutations and various asanas.
YOGA
A fit and supple body is developed through the practice of postures (asanas). Taken from various Yoga disciplines, the asanas are taught with attention to correct positioning of the body so that each individual part as well as the various physiological systems can function to their best
potential. Standing postures and breathing are emphasized in this class.
Spring Fusion
Get in shape for spring as you experience the union of yoga, martial arts, and meditation that involves the whole spirit-mind-body connection. Class utilizes various props. Please note class does not run during the summer.
YOGALATIES
Blending the breath and flexibility training of Yoga with the power and centering techniques of Pilates,Yogalaties offers a workout that stretches and tones the body while relaxing the mind.
Chair Yoga
This is the gentlest form of yoga. As yoga poses are typically done on the floor, Chair Yoga is easier for those with less limber muscles. It is ideal for poeple with high blood pressure, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, vertigo, MS, carpel tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, and for anyone who finds it difficult to get up from or down to the floor. Class is held every first Friday of the month.
Sculpting / Toning
ABS & BACK
This class is dedicated to strengthening and toning the “CORE”muscles. Starts with a short warm up, followed by a series of continuous abdominal and lower back exercises. The class ends with a gentle stretch. Posture and form will be a strong focus.
BOSU Balance & Conditioning
BOSU (stands for "Both Sides Up") is about doing something different with exercise. The dynamic, interactive surface of the BOSU ball provides the basis for a whole new way of exercising that engages your muscles from head to toe in virtually every move. It's fun and you'll see real results!
Guns, Glutes & Guts
Work your core, legs, glutes, and upper body using gliding discs, BOSU, bender balls, figure 8 bands, body bars, weights, AND your own body weight to transform your “old” routines into functional-integrated training.
PILATES
This class is a series of core exercises that emphasize the muscles of the abdomen and back. Posture will improve while you lengthen and strengthen all of the muscles in your body.
STRENGTH & MORE
This class combines a mix of free weights, bands, body bars, and gliding discs.You’ll get total body toning and conditioning, working multiple muscles while engaging core stabilization throughout your range of motion. It’s a great workout.Try it!
Specialty Programs
Project Healthy Bones
Exercise, good nutrition and education can significantly decrease the risk of osteoporosis and prevent further deterioration of the bones in people who already have the disease. Project HEALTHY BONES is an osteoporosis prevention, exercise and education program for older adults. It is designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility using balance and strength training exercises which target the body’s larger muscle groups. Project HEALTHY BONES will also educate you on the importance of exercise, nutrition, safety, drug therapy and lifestyle factors as they relate to osteoporosis.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
