What is “priority” program registration?
Due to the progressive nature of many of our classes, the first day of a session registration is open only to members who are currently enrolled in session programs. Registration is open to all other current members at 8 a.m. the following morning.
Why don’t program session breaks coordinate with my child’s school vacation?
The YMCA serves more than 12,000 families from at least ten communities and as such, there are ten different school schedules. We do attempt to set our schedule to be as accommodating as possible.
What are the age requirements to participate in Kids Cardio Arcade?
The Kids Cardio Arcade is open to members, ages 6-14 years and adults accompanied by a child in that age range.
Can my child bring a guest to the Y? To the Arcade?
Members may bring guests to the YMCA. No one person may come to the Y as a guest more than three times a year. (Area age restrictions may apply.) The Kids Cardio Arcade is open to members only. Please see the website for information regarding the Y’s monthly Sensational Saturday Youth nights for ages 7-11.
