Acrotots 

1-2 Yrs Walking With Parent 

YPEACRO1 - (1-2 years with parent) Basic tumbling will be introduced in a setting that involves music and movements. Your child will have opportunities to develop strength, balance and flexibility, while having fun with you.

YPEACRO2 - (2-3 years with parent) Basic gymnastics are introduced as you partner with your child in this interactive class. Skills will include rolls, jumping, climbing and basic mat exercises. Emphasis will be on coordination, flexibility and strengthening young muscles.

*Join our Social Time with light snack at 10:15 - 10:30 a.m. for all Acrotot 1&2 participants.

This popular program is designed primarily for children attending morning or afternoon kindergarten and is geared to help them prepare for a full school day. Recreational activities include: theme days, creative art projects, and partner and group activities. Children will also participate in gym time three times a week and will go swimming twice a week. Participants should bring a bagged lunch and drink. **Complimentary bus service is provided to and from Wildwood School in Mountain Lakes, however all kindergartners are welcome.

Preschl Gymnastics Skill/Drill

Need something new for your active preschooler?This new class
completes our afternoon line-up of activities for this age group.
Focusing primarily on floor skills, this entry-level class will perfectly
compliment our Saturday Beginning Gymnastics program.Class will
include: a warm-up, instructional drills and movements that
encourage flexibility, correct form, coordination and balance.
Emphasis will be on practicing basic floor skills.Athletic clothing

Rising Stars Ballet

Our dancers will learn self-confidence, poise, grace, and coordination as they practice barre exercises and across-the-floor combinations. This is a great class for new participants and children with beginning ballet exposure. Children will learn ballet terminology, and practice to both modern and classical music. Parents are invited to watch them perform during the last week of the session.

A perfect complement to preschool, this class has it all! Children start with a snack and socialization time.This program also includes an interactive circle time, arts & crafts section, organized gym program and ½ hour instructional swim. Parents pick up children at the pool deck at 11:30 am.All participants must be 3 yrs. and potty trained by start of session to go in the pool.

NEW: YMCAmember parents (using the facility these mornings) may also take advantage of our RELEASE SYSTEM from Babysitting and we will bring them to Swim,Gym & Fun.
