Red Cross Babysitting
Learn how to be a responsible babysitter, how to handle emergencies, how to supervise and entertain children of different ages. Must be 11 by time of class. Y membership is not required but space is limited. Bring a bag lunch. Call community service director, Jane Castello at ext.38 for more information. Financial assistance available.

Ages 12-14:
Teen Room
Open anytime after completing a special teen orientation accompanied by parent. Free teen orientations are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Sign up at the Member Services Desk or online.

Ages 15 and older:
All areas open anytime with no restrictions. Teens 15 years and older are welcome to participate in Group Fitness and Spinning classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING FOR TEENS
(12-18 years)
GET IN SHAPE, INCREASE STAMINA, ACQUIRE AGILITY, GET STRONGER, GET FASTER, BOOST CONFIDENCE and that's just the beginning!
A trainer can motivate uyou, teach you new techniques and help you achieve your fitness goals. Prior Fitness Evaluation (available at the Y) is required.

TEEN CIRCUIT CLASS
12-15 years
Work out the right way with weight training
and see (and feel) a real difference in your body!
Class is taught by a certified Personal Trainer.

LEADERS CLUB (Session 11-12)
(7th-12th graders)
If you’re a teen in the seventh through twelfth grades, you can become a part of a unique club at the Y. Leaders Club is for those interested in volunteer work, spending time with friends and having fun. The club meets on Monday or Wednesday. As a Leader you will have volunteer opportunities to help others, work on community service projects, learn leadership skills, participate in special activities, and most of all, have fun! You also might be able to earn school credit helping people in your community. Program runs September through June. Join any time,Y membership is NOT required, only a $35 registration fee for members, $50 for non-members..
