2008 Registration Dates and Times

When registering on-line please make sure you print the appropriate forms, complete & sign, then return them to the YMCA attention: Camp Bookkeeper by May 1, 2008.

These important forms and your balance are required in order for your “welcome packet” and car tags to be mailed out June 2, 2008.

2008 Registration

Sunday, January 20 - Full Privilege Members (Child must be a member by November 1, 2007)

Registration will continue for the above groups on a first come, first served basis by making an appointment with the Camp Director or registering online.

For those who plan to register on-line the first step is to confirm that everyone you wish to register is in our database (either because they have been a previous participant at the Y, or by adding them prior to registering) and ensuring that all family members are “linked” in the system. Please visit our site before January 20. Also on our website, you will find step-by-step detailed information on how to use it or call the YMCA for additional help.

When searching for your camp use “Select Category”, pick from Full Day/LIT/CIT or Half Day Kinderkamp. All camp options and sessions will appear. Make your selections carefully by placing a check in the box to your right. Note: Make sure you have selected all sessions needed, including Vacation 1 & 2.

In-Person**

For in person registrations that require time tickets, traffic is managed through a lottery system to minimize your waiting time. This ticket will contain your registration number, date and time to arrive at the Y to register. These registrations will be handled in numerical order within each time slot. (though on-line registration will be taking place simultaneously.) For registrations that do not require a time ticket, please do not arrive before 1:00.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • A $100 Deposit is required at the time of registration for each session.
  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Camp balances are due no later than May 1, 2008. Balances not received by May 1st may result in the loss of your spot in the program.
  • Funding applications are available at www.lakelandhillsymca.com or at the member service desk as of January 2008.
  • Funding is provided through United Way of Morris County and the YMCA’s Annual Give a Kid the Y Scholarship Campaign.
  • When registering for camp please hand in completed scholarship funding application complete with proper documentation
  • Funding applicants must pay a $25 registration fee per session
