Introducing GRIT - a New High Intensity Workout
Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high intensity workout with three components: Strength, Piyo, and Cardio, all designed to motivate you to go harder to get fit, fast! You can sample class on Saturday, April 8 at two different times. Members only, 30 participants max.
Class 1: 7:45-8:20 a.m.
Class 2: 8:25-8:55 a.m.
