Our members loved our Six Weeks to Wellness fall fitness challenge so we’re giving it a makeover for spring! Over these next six weeks we’ll bring you fitness workouts that will inspire you, skincare and makeup tips/tricks, new health and wellness strategies and so much more. Sign-ups begin on Member Appreciation Day, April 27!
Each week will have a special theme and free programs to motivate and move you in mind, body, and spirit:
- Nutrition Week starting May 8
- Be Kind to Yourself Week starting May 15
- Summer Skincare Week starting May 21
- R&R Week (Relaxation & Rejuvenation) starting May 28
- M&M Week (Mindfulness & Meditation) starting June 5
- H2O Week starting June 12
Look for details on the free programs offered on our homepage events list where you can also register! All wellness programs are free and open to the community, however, you must be an LHY member to enter the prize raffles.
